📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain server and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems.
• Manage and optimize IT resources to support manufacturing operations.
• Implement and manage security protocols to protect against cyber threats.
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, and implement improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with manufacturing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in IT system administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of server and network technologies, including Windows Server, Linux, and networking protocols.
• Familiarity with IT security best practices and tools, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.
• Experience with ITIL framework and service management tools, such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
