Design, implement, and optimize high-performance, scalable, and reliable software solutions for Elasticsearch's query engine and database internals.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver high-quality software solutions.,Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in Java, C++, or another relevant programming language.,Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.,Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software issues and defects in a timely and efficient manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in software development and database internals.,Mentor and guide junior developers, as well as contribute to the professional growth and development of the team.,Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.,5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on database internals and query engine optimization.,Proficiency in Java, C++, or another relevant programming language.,Experience with Elasticsearch, Lucene, or other search and database technologies.,Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database internals.,Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software issues.,Experience with distributed systems and scalability considerations.,Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
