As an HR & Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to, conducting job analyses, developing job descriptions, and managing the recruitment process. You will use our HRIS system to track and manage employee data, and you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions to ensure we have the right talent in place.
• Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Use our HRIS system to track and manage employee data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
• Work closely with our management team to understand their staffing needs and develop solutions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HRIS systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
