Our Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries, utilizing tools like Opera PMS and Cendyn. You will work closely with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth operations. This is an opportunity to grow within a luxury hospitality setting, with potential for advancement to roles like Assistant Manager or Front Office Manager.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using Opera PMS and Cendyn.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist with guest reservations and special requests.
• Monitor and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and well-organized.
• Stay updated with local attractions and provide recommendations to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in front desk or hospitality roles.
• Proficient in using Opera PMS and Cendyn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Previous experience in luxury hotels or resorts is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid SIM card and ability to work in Bali.
