📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit
• Assist with table setups and ensure the dining area is clean and inviting
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• Promote our menu items and special offers to enhance the dining experience
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food service
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Uphold our company’s values and policies, ensuring a positive and professional work environment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Familiarity with basic Japanese cuisine and Yakiniku dining experience is a plus
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks as needed
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
