As a Fair Play Specialist at TDCX, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing gaming data to detect and prevent cheating, hacking, and other forms of unfair play. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and analyze gaming data to detect and prevent cheating, hacking, and other forms of unfair play.
- Work closely with technical teams to implement and maintain robust anti-cheat measures.
- Investigate and mitigate suspicious activities to ensure a fair and enjoyable gaming experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance anti-cheat strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the gaming industry.
- Provide regular reports and updates on the status of anti-cheat measures.
- Assist in the training and development of other team members on anti-cheat best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the gaming industry.
- Strong knowledge of anti-cheat technologies and tools such as Easy Anti-Cheat, BattlEye, or Valve Anti-Cheat.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, or Tableau.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
