As an Accounts Payable Specialist at Connext, you will be responsible for processing vendor invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Process and verify vendor invoices using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and update vendor records and payment schedules.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Monitor and manage accounts payable aging reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the finance team in audits and special projects as needed.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a related role.
- Proficient in using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English is a must; Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
