📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.,Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs.,Provide feedback and support to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and best practices.,Assist in the development of new training materials and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Experience with training software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Proven track record of successful training program implementation.
