📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide tax advice and guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and optimization strategies.,Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws.,Conduct tax audits and investigations to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Stay updated with the latest tax laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide accurate and timely advice.,Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth tax operations and client satisfaction.,Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their tax knowledge and skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax consulting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws, regulations, and practices.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with tax software and accounting systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
