ONL Biz Solutions is seeking a seasoned Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of innovative products that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Product Owner who can lead our team in adopting Agile methodologies and best practices. You will be responsible for managing product backlogs, prioritizing features, and ensuring that the team delivers value to our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead the development and delivery of innovative products that meet the needs of our clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
  • Adopt and lead our team in Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Manage product backlogs, prioritize features, and ensure that the team delivers value to our customers.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members to help them develop their skills and grow their careers.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Agile product development and cross-functional leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
