📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Leading the design and development of aircraft components and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conducting feasibility studies and technical assessments to evaluate the viability of new aircraft designs and technologies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and project managers, to deliver innovative solutions.
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
• Participating in design reviews, technical presentations, and client meetings to communicate project progress and technical concepts.
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in aerospace technology and industry trends.
• Ensuring the timely and efficient execution of projects, adhering to budget and schedule constraints.
• Complying with safety and quality standards, and implementing best practices in aircraft design and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in aircraft design and development, with a strong background in aerodynamics, structures, and systems.
• Proven track record of successfully leading complex aerospace projects.
• Proficiency in using CAD software and other engineering tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and certifications.
• Familiarity with aircraft systems and subsystems, including propulsion, avionics, and electrical systems.
