Point Bloom Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional dining experiences to our customers. This is a full-time position based in Cikarang, Jawa Barat, with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained in accordance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure that the restaurant is profitable and meets all financial targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role in the restaurant industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven track record of success in managing a team and driving sales growth.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
