Bahagia Joko Butik is a leading fashion brand in Bali, known for its unique and stylish designs. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and supporting the team in achieving our business goals. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.,Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and ordering.,Assist in the preparation and organization of product displays.,Support the team in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other operational data.,Assist in the organization and planning of events and promotions.,Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the fashion or retail industry.,Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
