📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of production targets.,Coordinate with the production team to address any issues or challenges that arise.,Maintain and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular inspections to monitor production quality and identify areas for improvement.,Work with the quality assurance team to ensure products meet quality standards.,Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.,Familiarity with safety regulations and standards is a plus.
