📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor and maintain operational systems and processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.,Provide operational support to the management team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational systems and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
