📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental and organizational hiring needs.,Manage the entire recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and employers.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
