Rumah Sakit Zahra Bakery is seeking a skilled and experienced Lead IT Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to our hospital staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line IT support to hospital staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Manage and maintain IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Monitor and optimize IT performance to ensure efficiency and reliability.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems meet their needs.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Provide reports and recommendations for IT system improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support roles.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Experience with IT security best practices and protocols.,Proficient in using IT support and monitoring tools.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of healthcare IT systems and regulations is a plus.
