📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and coordinate internal audit activities to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.,Develop and implement audit plans and procedures to assess the effectiveness of internal controls.,Conduct audits and inspections of financial records, processes, and operations to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborate with other departments to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.,Provide training and guidance to internal audit staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of internal audit processes to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in internal auditing (e.g., CISA, CIA, or equivalent).,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with management and staff.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
