📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement.,Negotiate with service providers and vendors for the best deals on fuel, maintenance, and other related services.,Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and equipment.,Provide excellent customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure the quality and safety of our fleet.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of improving fleet efficiency and reducing costs.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
