📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.,Assist in the development and implementation of restaurant policies and procedures.,Participate in staff training and development programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lead and motivate a team.,Must be fluent in English and Indonesian.
