📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment process from start to finish
• Source and screen potential candidates
• Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities
• Support the team in developing and implementing recruitment strategies
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team
• Contribute to team meetings and projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or a related field
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant recruitment software
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Proactive and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
