Overseeing day-to-day operations of the department,Developing and implementing departmental strategies,Managing a team of employees and ensuring productivity,Coordinating with other departments to achieve company goals,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations,Conducting performance reviews and providing feedback,Managing departmental budget and resources,Representing the department in company meetings and events

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Proven track record of managing teams and projects,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,Fluency in Indonesian and English
