Crystal Tech Berjaya is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Sanur, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources activities, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the company's growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure accurate payroll processing.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in training and development programs for employees.,Support the company's HR strategy and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proactive and detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
