Bahagia Gilang Electronics is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a passion for efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient transportation of goods and personnel.,Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance schedules, and other operational costs to optimize fleet performance.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of fleet vehicles to identify and address any issues or areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Provide support and guidance to drivers and other staff members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
