In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of products to customers.,Ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer requirements.,Monitor and optimize distribution routes to improve efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.,Identify and resolve any issues related to product distribution.,Coordinate with drivers and delivery personnel to ensure smooth operations.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics management.,Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with distribution management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
