In this role, you will daily operate and program our 3 & 4-axis CNC machines, using tools like Mastercam and Fanuc controllers. You will also troubleshoot machine issues, optimize production schedules, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and program 3 & 4-axis CNC machines using Mastercam and Fanuc controllers.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications to create CNC programs.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC machines.
• Optimize production schedules to meet deadlines and minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Collaborate with the engineering and production teams to improve processes and products.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure the accuracy and reliability of CNC programs.
• Maintain detailed records of machine performance and production data.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator & Programmer.
• Proficient in using Mastercam and Fanuc controllers.
• Understanding of 3 & 4-axis CNC machining principles and practices.
• Knowledge of quality control and safety standards in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid CNC Operator certification (preferred).
