📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist doctors and therapists in providing wellness treatments and patient care.
• Manage patient appointments and schedules using our in-house booking system.
• Prepare treatment rooms and equipment for each session.
• Assist in the administration of wellness programs and workshops.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment.
• Assist in the preparation of treatment records and patient files.
• Contribute to the development of our wellness community through social media and event planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare or wellness setting.
• Familiarity with wellness treatments and patient care principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluency in English and Indonesian.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for wellness and a passion for helping others.
