As a Captain, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our vessels, ensuring the well-being of our crew and the timely delivery of our cargo. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Ensure the safe operation of the vessel and compliance with all relevant maritime regulations and company policies.,Plan and execute voyages, including route selection, fuel management, and cargo handling.,Maintain and inspect the vessel's equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and safety.,Conduct regular safety briefings and drills to prepare the crew for emergencies.,Monitor weather conditions and make decisions to ensure the safety of the vessel and crew.,Communicate effectively with the shore-based team and other vessels to coordinate operations.,Ensure the well-being and morale of the crew, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations, including maintenance, repairs, and incidents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or Master Mariner.,Valid Master Mariner's License (MM) or equivalent.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.,Strong knowledge of maritime regulations, navigation rules, and safety procedures.,Experience in cargo operations, including loading, unloading, and stowage planning.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations.,Good leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a crew.,Familiarity with vessel maintenance and repair procedures.

🛠️ Keahlian

Advanced navigation skills and knowledge of electronic chart display and information systems (ECDIS).Proficiency in using radio communication equipment and understanding of global maritime distress and safety system (GMDSS).Experience with cargo handling equipment and procedures.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
