📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision and coordination of production activities,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks,Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with quality standards,Maintain and update production records and reports,Assist in the training and development of production staff,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production processes,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency,Assist in the resolution of production issues and conflicts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role,Good understanding of production processes and quality standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Familiarity with production management software and tools,Knowledge of Indonesian language and local regulations,Willingness to travel and work in different locations
