📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).,Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.,Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns.,Report on social media metrics and insights to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.,Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).,Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
