📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations of the company,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions,Monitor and control the company's budget and expenses,Provide financial advice and recommendations to management,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to the relevant authorities,Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and regulations,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Fluency in Indonesian language is a plus
