Sehati Krisna Coffee is seeking a talented Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are a growing coffee company based in Jimbaran, and we are looking for a passionate individual to help us find the best talent for our organization.

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-notch candidates to support our business growth. You will work closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and contribute to building a strong and diverse workforce.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role and company culture.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer preparation and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide talent management strategies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Passion for coffee and the ability to represent the company's values and culture.
