The Hiro Group is looking for a dedicated Payroll & Comben Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and calculate employee salaries, bonuses, and other compensation benefits accurately and timely.,Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, tax deductions, and benefit plans.,Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including pay stubs, tax forms, and other relevant documents.,Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual payroll summaries and reports.,Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues from employees and management.,Participate in payroll audits and reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance.,Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing or related roles.,Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements.,Proficient in using payroll software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Excel).,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculations.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to handle employee inquiries.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian payroll practices and procedures is a plus.
