📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Document patient information and maintain accurate medical records.,Assist in the coordination of patient transfers and admissions.,Participate in staff meetings and continuous education to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.,Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.,Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality patient care.
