📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Leading the design and development of our backend systems and infrastructure.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products and services are scalable, reliable, and secure.
Mentoring and guiding junior developers to help them grow and develop their skills.
Ensuring that our backend systems are optimized for performance and scalability.
Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect our systems and data.
Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in backend development.
Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
Contributing to the overall success of the company by driving innovation and improving our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of experience in backend development.
Strong knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby on Rails.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
