📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure their profiles are up-to-date and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize the impact of KOLs through content creation and engagement.
• Monitor KOL performance and provide regular reports to the marketing team.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of KOL databases and profiles using tools like Google Sheets and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with social media teams to ensure seamless integration of KOL content across platforms.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, invoicing, and contract management.
• Assist in the organization of KOL events and workshops.
• Provide support to the marketing team in achieving campaign objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related administrative role.
• Proficient in using Google Sheets, CRM systems, and project management tools like Trello or Asana.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
