📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good condition and ready for use.
• Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to schedule and oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle expenses, ensuring they are within budget.
• Oversee the company's fleet insurance, ensuring all vehicles are properly insured and compliant with all regulations.
• Track vehicle mileage and usage, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
• Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure vehicles are available when needed.
• Ensure all vehicles are properly documented and maintained according to company policies and procedures.
• Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures.
