📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Manage the company's cash flow and liquidity to ensure financial stability.,Lead the accounting team and provide guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely financial records.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.,Develop and implement financial strategies to drive company growth and profitability.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Finance Manager role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
