Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure documentation accuracy,Ensure documentation is up-to-date and user-friendly,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize information,Edit and proofread technical documents for clarity and accuracy,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the creation of training materials and user guides,Support the development of technical content strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Excellent communication and collaboration skills,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Knowledge of technical subjects such as software, hardware, or engineering,Fluency in English, both written and spoken
