📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of IT systems and networks.,Support end-users with IT-related issues and provide technical assistance.,Monitor and maintain IT security measures to protect company data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Update and maintain IT documentation and records.,Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned.,Provide backup and recovery support for IT systems.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT-related tasks and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security measures.,Familiarity with common IT tools and software.,Good communication and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Basic understanding of programming languages is a plus.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
